2. Features of Process Unit
(1) Die Cutting Unit
l It achieves the die-cutting process by the movement between the die plates and the platforms.
l The main parts of the core structure (crankshaft, worm, worm wheel, elbow shaft) are all made of imported high-grade alloy steel.
l The two sets of die-cutting steel plates are easy to push and pull, precise and durable.
l The front guide’s paper-gripping positioning allows for individual fine tuning at four points, ensuring precise positioning under different paper conditions.
l The forced lubrication system of the core components utilizes a 0.75KW cooling circulation device, an oil pressure display device, and an oil pressure shortage alarm device.

(2) Stripping Unit
l It achieves the stripping process by the reciprocating punching action of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the stripping unit.
l The three-in-one coordinated stripping device operates harmoniously, precisely and powerfully, effectively eliminating various irregular waste materials.
l The upper and lower molds of the double-layer drawer-type waste removal can be quickly loaded, unloaded and adjusted for waste removal tools.
l The standard waste removal punch and elastic ejector combine to form a perfect "punch-pull" action.

l It transfers the foil stamping design onto the paper through high temperature
l The hot stamping and foil feeding control system adopts fully computerized control for programming settings of foil movement and step skipping.
l The foil feeding shaft is equipped with an imported high-power servo motor drive, ensuring a more precise conveying distance
l The machine-direction hot stamping is equipped with three foil feeding shafts, and the holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping function can be optionally equipped; the cross-direction hot stamping is equipped with two foil feeding shafts
