Production Monitoring
Inspectors check the quantity of raw materials and accessories required for the product before production. Maintaining control and visibility of the entire production process, this inspection is a specialized on-site inspection conducted to verify production status and raw material inventory.
Initial Production Inspection
Inspectors check the quality and size of raw materials and products produced during the production process. Verify the quality of supplied raw materials and ensure the factory has set up production runs correctly to prevent them from causing bigger problems down the road.
Inspection During Production
Check that product specifications are being followed before a production run is completed, reducing costly mistakes down the road. Pre-shipment Inspection

Video Inspection
If the customer is unable to go to the factory in person to inspect the product on-site, we provide online video inspection. During the product inspection process, you can not only fully understand the operation of the machinery, but also watch the entire inspection process of the product.
Container Loading Check
Make sure your product is manufactured correctly and the actual quantity ordered is safely loaded onto your container or truck. As well as whether all products contain the correct information, name branding, etc., check that packaging meets specifications. In addition to this, the inspector will closely monitor the entire container/truck loading process. Ensure that goods are properly placed and fixed to prevent collision or damage during transportation.
