On May 15, 2025, Oyang made a strong presence at the Beijing CHINAPRINT2025!, showcasing a range of core equipment that drew the attention of customers and industry professionals from both home and abroad. The event served as a comprehensive display of Oyang’s technological strength and innovative achievements in intelligent manufacturing, green sustainability, and high-efficiency production.
At this exhibition, Oyang showcased five flagship machines, covering key segments such as paper bags, non-woven bags, die-cutting, hot stamping, digital printing, and more:
1.No-crease Sheet Feeding Paper Bag Making Machine: This machine features multiple patented one-piece molding technologies, making it ideal for high-end retail packaging by streamlining production and reducing labor costs. It requires only two operators to run and reaches a speed of up to 50 bags per minute. Equipped with an automatic stringing system and hot melt adhesive spraying process, it ensures a load capacity of over 20 kg. The M-shaped bottom fold is designed without creases, giving the finished bag a refined and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2.SMART 17-AIA High speed 260pcs/min intelligent paper bag making production line: This machine has a daily output of over 200,000 pieces, with one unit outperforming two sets of traditional equipment—cutting land use and labor requirements by half. It is equipped with a visual automatic inspection system that detects missing or skewed handles, inspects the overall appearance of finished products, checks printing quality, and monitors edge and bottom glue application. Defective items are automatically rejected. Additionally, the machine features a fully automated packing line, enabling seamless transition from production to palletizing, all operated by just one person.
3.OYANG-20 Automatic Non-Woven Box Bag Making Machine with Hand: This machine is fully automatic one time molding, only need one person to operate, the capacity of single machine is 80-100 pcs per minute. Equipped with visual monitoring system to accurately detect every detail to ensure the quality. Equipped with automatic robot to take the bag, automatic tying function, each machine saves two bag handlers. This machine is widely used in catering, clothing, gifts and other fields, help enterprises to save costs and improve packaging efficiency.
4.WH-2118FSS Automatic Hot Foil Stamping&Die Cutting Machine: The paper packaging produced by this machine can be widely used in cosmetics, food, cigarette packs, medicine boxes, gift boxes and other packaging fields.
