  • Can I send my material sample for machine recommendation?

    Yes. If you are not sure which lamination machine is suitable, you can send your material sample, film structure, product photo or packaging application.
     
    OYANG engineers can evaluate your substrate, lamination structure and production target, then recommend the most suitable machine, such as ONL-M1300 extrusion coating machine, ONL-LA450 solvent-free lamination machine or ON-DL-3125F dry laminating machine.

  • Can OYANG provide a complete lamination solution instead of only one machine?

    Yes. OYANG can recommend a complete roll-to-roll lamination solution based on your production needs.
     
    The solution can include machine selection, material structure suggestion, lamination technology recommendation, production speed planning, machine configuration, installation support, operator training and after-sales service.

  • What information should I provide before requesting a quotation?

    To recommend the most suitable lamination machine, please provide:
     
    Substrate or material type
    Material width
    Lamination structure
    Adhesive or coating method
    Target production speed
    Final packaging application
    Barrier requirement
    Solvent-free or VOC requirement
    Sample image, material sample or technical drawing

  • Do all roll-to-roll lamination machines need a drying oven?

    No. Not all lamination machines require a drying oven.
     
    Extrusion coating and lamination does not need a drying oven because melted PE or PP resin bonds directly to the substrate.
    Solvent-free lamination does not need a drying oven because the adhesive cures without solvent evaporation.
    Dry laminating requires a drying oven to evaporate the carrier and activate the adhesive before lamination.

  • What materials can OYANG lamination machines process?

    OYANG roll-to-roll lamination machines can process a wide range of flexible materials, including:
     
    Nonwoven fabric
    Paper
    OPP / BOPP
    PET
    PE
    CPP
    Aluminum foil
    Nylon
    Labels
    Flexible packaging films
     
    Different materials require different lamination technologies, so customers can send material samples or structure details for machine recommendation.

  • Which machine is suitable for nonwoven fabric lamination?

    For nonwoven fabric coating and lamination, extrusion coating and lamination machine is recommended.
     
    It can apply PE or PP resin coating onto nonwoven fabric to improve waterproof performance, heat-sealing ability and material strength. It is suitable for nonwoven shopping bags, reusable bags, coated nonwoven rolls and laminated nonwoven packaging materials.
