Do you test your machines after assembly?

After the machine is assembled, the standard model will be tested empty and then be shipped directly to the customer's factory for test run , while for special customized models we will test the machine before shipment according to the actual situation.

How is the control system of your machines?

All of our machines are equipped with electronic shaft servo control system (ELS) which integrates drive, tension control and color registration, and the control system is from famous European or Chinese brands, and after repeated tests, our control system is stable, reliable and easy to operate.

What is the biggest feature of your machine?

We have a world-class intelligent CNC center, all parts can be machined with super high precision, and all of our design concepts are dedicated to reducing costs and increasing efficiency for our customers.

What about your after-sales service?

Permanent after-sales service guarantee system, 24 hours online technical service team to solve general problems, if necessary, engineers can arrive at the scene within a week to solve the problem.

How long is the delivery time of your machines?

Our delivery time depends on the specific time of the order, generally 4-6 months after the payment of the deposit will be delivered.
