Die Cutting, Stripping and Embossing in One Integrated Machine

The Easyrobust SSR Series is an automatic flatbed die cutting machine developed for packaging converters that require both structural accuracy and premium surface finishing. It integrates die cutting, creasing, waste stripping and embossing into one continuous process, reducing separate production steps, repeated sheet handling and registration errors.

The machine is ideal for manufacturers of luxury gift boxes, wine cartons, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical cartons and other high-value paper packaging products.

Automatic Waste Stripping

The coordinated stripping system removes internal holes, edge waste and irregular scrap after die cutting, reducing manual waste separation.

Surface Embossing

Working pressure of up to 600 tons supports blind embossing, debossing, fine textures and large-area relief effects for premium packaging.

Printed or laminated sheets are automatically fed, accurately positioned and processed according to the installed cutting and embossing tools.
Waste is removed before the finished sheets are delivered for folding, gluing or further converting.
