Why OYANG Machines Last Longer & Run Faster

Every OYANG machine is built on three manufacturing pillars that competitors simply cannot match — delivering measurably better stability, precision and service life.

World-Class CNC Precision Machining

OYANG is the only packaging machine manufacturer in China to invest $30 million in a world-class CNC machining center — equipped with Japanese MAZAK flexible production lines for 24/7 automated processing and Okuma systems. Every wall panel, flange and structural component is machined to micron-level tolerances, ensuring long-term machine stability and consistent quality.

Key Benefits:
MAZAK flexible lines run 24/7, reducing human error in core part production
Okuma systems ensure sub-micron dimensional accuracy on flanges and wall panels
Consistent part quality across every machine — no batch variation
Longer component lifespan, with annual spare parts cost of around $400 USD compared with an industry average of $1,500 USD

Full Servo-Driven Motion Control

Unlike conventional machines that rely on mechanical cams and pneumatic timing, OYANG machines use full servo motor control across all critical axes. Each motion is independently programmable, enabling instant parameter adjustment, faster changeovers and real-time feedback correction.

Key Benefits:
Independent servo axes eliminate mechanical wear from cam-driven systems
Bag size changeover can be completed through the touchscreen, with no manual tool adjustment
Real-time closed-loop feedback maintains ±0.5 mm positional accuracy
Lower energy consumption and reduced heat generation compared with hydraulic or cam systems

Monolithic Cast-Iron Core Structure

While many manufacturers weld or bolt together multiple steel plates, OYANG uses one-piece integral casting for all core structural components. This eliminates joint stress points, dramatically improves rigidity and ensures the machine frame remains stable even after years of high-speed operation.

Key Benefits:
No weld joints — eliminating the leading cause of long-term frame deformation
Superior vibration damping helps maintain stable high-speed output at 90–100 pcs/min
Maintains geometric precision over 10+ years of continuous production
Every new product passes 10,000 rigorous tests before market release

OYANG Machines vs. Typical Industry Standard

OYANG Machines

MAZAK & Okuma CNC — micron-level part accuracy
